Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Miracoli

Covered by polychrome marbles, the church earns the nickname “Marble church”. This jewel box is a classic example of Venetian Renaissance style with its single nave and extensive barrel vault. Inside the church are ornamental marble staircases and statues by Nicolo di Pietro, Tulio Lombardo, and Alessandro Vittoria. The interior roof contains 50 small scenes of prophets painted in detail and worth taking time to admire.
